The basic plan is available for those who don’t need a lot of features and just want to simplify. For $35.00 per billing cycle ($8.75 per week), the Communications Center will answer your calls 24/7/365 and take messages. You may choose to have the messages emailed to you or you may choose to login to our site and pick them up at your convenience.

It doesn’t happen often, but if your caller gets put on hold, this plan includes music on hold. There are 30 minutes of operator time included and after the initial 30 minutes, you are billed $.95 per minute for any overage. The cycle resets every 28 days.

The Pay as you Go plan is rich in features. For $40.00 per billing cycle ($10 per week), the Communications Center will answer your calls 24/7/365 and take messages. You may choose any one of our delivery methods or a combination of them, the sky’s the limit!

To reduce the amount of operator time, the Pay as you Go plan allows you to have an auto announce (pre-recording) that states your office hours or gives out information or you may opt for an overflow announcement that guarantees an answer within a certain number of rings or both! We provide you a toll free number to use when forwarding your calls and give you access to our web based on-call management software. With web based on-call, you have complete control of your own on-call schedule and can make changes whenever you want. These changes will immediately be reflected on your account. Any operator time used on this plan is billed at $.95 per minute.

Standard Plan — $130 for 100 minutes

The standard plan offers many convenient features. For $130.00 per billing cycle ($32.50 per week), the Communications Center will answer your calls 24/7/365 and take messages. You may choose any one of our delivery methods or a combination of them, the sky’s the limit! The standard plan guarantees that the call will be answered on the third ring. If all operators are busy, the call will be answered by an overflow announcement that you can record personally. Once the announcement has played, an operator will then answer the call.

With web based on-call, you have complete control of your own on-call schedule and can make changes whenever you want. These changes will immediately be reflected on your account. The first 100 minutes of operator time are included and after the initial 100 minutes, you are billed $.95 per minute for any overage. The cycle resets every 28 days.

Best Value Plan — $250 for 250 minutes

The Best Value plan is loaded with features. For $250.00 per billing cycle ($62.50 per week), the Communications Center will answer your calls 24/7/365 and take messages. On this plan, we can act as your receptionist by scheduling appointments and transferring calls to the appropriate department or recipient. Of course, we can always just take a message as well and messages can be delivered in any manner you prefer, including email, fax, text, voice or web based check in.

On the best value plan, you may opt for an auto announcement which answers the phone immediately with a recorded informational message before putting the call to the operator. You can also guarantee that the call will be answered on the third ring by using an overflow announcement that you can record personally. Once the announcement has played, an operator will then answer the call.
